'Lost in Africa'
When an English Architect, James,
takes his American wife and stepdaughter on safari, he expects to show them the
African bush he has loved all his life. On a canoe trip down the Zambezi,
poachers ambush them. The gang beat James savagely and leave him for dead; they
kidnap his wife and stepdaughter. James pursues them, helped by an ex-special
forces soldier and a Masai warrior. The adrenalin-pumping chase takes them
through the dark heart of Africa, through Zambia, Mozambique, and Kenya. James
must catch them before they reach the coast and are lost forever. James risks
everything and has the potential to lose it all. It is a complex story of love,
adventure, and sacrifice. It tells of the romance of the Dark Continent’s
colonial history and the grim, realities of modern Africa. It is an epic
sweeping tale of modern family life, love, loss, and rebirth.
